In September, we will have a recently remodeled large room. The room has a large closet, and glass sliding door overlooking a beautiful green back yard. Tenant will also have their private bathroom, which also has been remodeled. Amenities such as Wifi, AC / Heating, electrical, and water already come included in the price. We also have a water softener system and a reverse osmosis system that ensures our water is of the best quality. Our home is in a very safe environment on Victory Blvd, in Tarzana. We are close to Pierce College, CSUN, Reseda, Encino, etc.. We are 20 minutes away from Downtown LA. We are 5 minutes away from the 101 freeway and less than 10 minutes from the 405 freeway.
