My home is in Redondo Beach which is just 7 minutes to the beach by car … about 20 – 25 minutes from LAX, the aerospace industry, and El Camino College.

I have had another professional friend that has lived here for the last year and he is now moving to Florida. If you are interested in coming to check out the space please give me your contact info so we can set something up.

You get a furnished, private bedroom and private bathroom, both with many amenities.

Private parking, too.

I rent weekly or monthly. Monthly = $1,225.00 and $325.00 weekly. Utilities are included.

No security deposit.
