Hi all. Me and my roommate are going to be moving states and we are looking for someone to take over our lease for our apartment located in Redondo Beach right across the street from Anderson Park! The apartment is a cute and quiet two bed two bath at about 1100 square feet for $3250 a month. There are washer and dryer hookups in the apartment and I can always leave our fridge/washer/dryer if requested. The complex is gated and has another public laundry room, pool, jacuzzi, and underground parking for one car with the option of another should more spots open up. Utilities except electricity and internet are included but these usually total us about $100 a month. The security deposit is half your first months rent so it is a really low deposit compared to other apartments!
