This apartment is the perfect solution for many situations:
* Corporate housing - if you are on travel for work for some extended time but don't want to stay in a hotel.
* Relocation - if you just moved to our fantastic beach town but not quite ready to buy, yet; or, you're waiting for your dream house to get built.
* Temporary housing - if you are visiting families for some time but everyone needs a little time and space apart.

The unit is on the upper level of a large house but completely self-sufficient and private with separate entrance and blocked off from the rest of the house. It is lightly furnished with essential pieces.

It has a spacious living room, a dining/kitchenette area, a full bath and a bedroom with a walk-in closet - close to 700 square feet of privacy in total. The dining/kitchenette area is equipped with a full size refrigerator, one induction stove, microwave oven, toaster oven, tea kettle, coffee maker, toaster, essential cookware, kitchenware and a separate pantry for extra storage. There is a whole house water filtration system so you do not need to purchase drinking water unless you prefer to.

Conveniently located near Redondo Beach civic center, easy walking / biking distance to coffee shops, shopping, restaurants, library, bus stops, 2 piers and beaches. Easy street parking.

I am a corporate employee who works from home but my work space is separate from your apartment. I am looking for an individual with a simple situation - a responsible, courteous, neat adult who is on the go, one who wants to return to a peaceful space in a wonderful neighborhood after a busy day. She/he will kick off the shoes when home and treat the space as her/his home, not a rental. No pets. Absolutely no smoking of any type and no drug on premise. Onsite laundry is available for limited use as we are in a terrible draught and shared utilities are included in the rent - i. e. medium to large loads only, average 1 load per week.

Please provide contact information of last landlord(s) or reference. The ideal person would appreciate the privacy and the convenient location. We have the option to interact or not. Prefer 3 months minimum then month to month with at least 1 month termination notice. Partial month will be prorated with daily rate calculated as monthly / 30 - e. g. 2340/30=78 per day.
