Subletting 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in a safe gated community in the heart of Playa Vista.

Location:
This is the perfect location to have a laid-back and safe environment within a gated community but still close to everything. Playa Vista is cut off by Marina Del Rey from all the tourist craziness in Venice. Very close to all major freeways. 10 minute bike ride to the beach. 10 minute drive to the airport. This gated community is safe, clean and green. We never have issues with homelessness or trash, there is a park out front where people hang out with kids and walk their dog. Just up the road is “Runway”, which has a movie theater, shopping, restaurants and Whole Foods. The opposite way is Ralph’s center with CPK, Mendocino Farms, Chipotle, Sephora, and across the street is Trader Joe’s. The Pavillions center is around the corner from that. The apartment complex has two pools and a free gym, there is also LA Fitness across the street.

The apartment:
Your room is spacious and completely private with a built-in closet (see floor plan image for details). Room has a nice view of the pool. Apartment has central AC. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the price. Secure underground parking spot included. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished and have top-of-the-line appliances. Shared bathroom. Washer and dryer and dishwasher in unit. Elevator and key fob access. We have a huge TV with PS5 and a record player in the house. We have almost every single streaming service on the TV, so feel free to use it.

Who you’ll be living with:
I am a marketing professional working in Santa Monica. I lead an active lifestyle and like to keep the apartment a sanctuary for de-stressing after a long day's work. I am also a big gamer, love the beach and going for hikes and bike rides. Ideally looking for someone who also prefers their living space to be a clean sanctuary; leaving the drama outside the door.

Terms:
Room available starting February 7th, flexible terms but minimum of 3 months.
