Hello! I’m looking for one roommate, to move into a 3 bedroom apartment with just myself and my sweet dog Luna.
Located in beautiful Playa del Rey, about 100 feet from the sand. In a great community, near 405, 10 and 105 freeways. Great for travelers or flight attendants, close to LAX.
Must be dog friendly, as I have a super chill, well behaved and non vocal dog. Upstairs unit, one bathroom to be shared, washer and dryer included, parking available, beach access, clean and furnished home, just your room will need to be furnished. The rooms aren’t that big, but the location makes up for it. Garage available for some storage.
All utilities included and Wi-Fi.
Must be financially stable; no live in bf/gf; clean; has a life and isn’t home 24/7; has their priorities together but also can enjoy life, have fun and be drama free. Please be mindful of your surroundings and be respectful. No bigotry or homophobes.
Must not be a Trump supporter. Good music is a plus.
$1500, plus a $1000 deposit fee. Must pay rent on the 1st of every month, no excuses, otherwise you will have to pay a hefty late fee, which no one wants to deal with.
