One bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment on March 15th. It’s a month to month rental, but I prefer at least a 6 months term if it’s the right fit.
I’m located close to LMU, Otis, Dockweiler, the beach, West side, freeways 405 and 105. I’m about 5 minutes north of LAX. Ralph’s and Bristol Farms are the grocery stores nearby, as well as library, LA fitness, golf course, bars and restaurants in PDR’s quaint little town center. Playa Vista with all its’ hip fun stuff (and Wholefoods) is just a mile or two away. My apartment is located in a small cute building on the 2nd floor. Laundry room is downstairs in the building. (If you prefer a laundromat instead, there are two nice ones close by) The room is recently painted and has new furniture. The carpet is steam cleaned, and will be steam cleaned again before move in date.
The room has its own mini fridge, microwave, and coffee brewer, but, you’re also welcome to use the main kitchen, fridge and stove if you’re a neat and clean person. If you like to cook and hang out every day, this is not the right place for you.
I’m a very friendly and social person, but I also have an active and busy lifestyle. I work mostly from home as a holistic bodyworker/ hypnotherapist, so, I don’t have much time hanging out on a daily basis. I also want to maintain the peaceful and calm vibe here, so please be a person who like to contribute (and is capable) to that if you inquire about the room. It’s fun chatting here and there though, and, whenever I have a party (which happens once or twice a year), you’re welcome to join and make friends with my friends.
That being said, a self-sufficient and independent roommate would be the best fit. Further, my perfect roommate would be trustworthy, clean and quiet, non-cigarette smoker, and a cat lover. If you’re someone who’d like to help me out with my cats when I’m out of town, that would be icing on the cake. (And, of course I’d compensate you.)
