Unfurnished room for rent with, no closet

A private bedroom with private bathroom is available for rent on the first floor, exclusively for one female tenant. There is no closet, must bring your own dresser. The room has a separate sliding door entrance and a keypad lock for added privacy. The property is located in a gated community that includes access to a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Parking is available on the streets outside the gated area.

• Must maintain cleanliness and clean your room weekly.
• Be respectful and clean up after yourself in shared spaces.
• No outside shoes are allowed inside the house (house slippers are fine).

You’ll be living with me (hybrid work schedule), one other roommate, and two friendly cats. We’re all respectful of each other’s space and generally keep to ourselves.
