2 Rooms in Westlake Apartment with Washer & Dryer

TLDR:
Hello, I'm looking for roommates in the Westlake area. One roommate is getting married and the other is engaged so I've got both spaces to fill.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a historic apartment complex. It’s walking distance from the nearest café, movie theater, public mailbox, and Crypto Arena.
You would have your own UNfurnished bedroom (11’ x 12’ not counting the closet; closet is 5’2” x 2’8”; ceiling is 9’9”). We would share two bathrooms, living room, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a kitchen/dining room. Rent is $890 - $952.50 per person depending on parking. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and there is a security deposit to move in which is the equivalent of 1st month’s rent. Utilities are paid separately. Room will be available between 5/15 and 6/01, exact date TBD. I just want to get ahead of the game.

MORE ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
There is currently a cat our house. She will be leaving after the moving roommate returns from his honeymoon. If you’re severely allergic to cats, I want to give you a heads-up. All of her objects will leave with her.
This apartment complex is over 100 years old but it was built to last. I’m sure the narrow hallway does not match modern ADA standards. If you have a wheelchair or a cane, this could be difficult.

ABOUT ME:
I came to LA years ago for my love of cinema. Due to the lack of stability in that line of work, I currently work in sustainability. I love the Earth and I’m here to answer all your questions about the tricky things that you aren’t sure if you can throw away, recycle, or compost.

THINGS I LOVE:
unsolved mysteries (the weirder the better)
vintage cinema (1910 - 1967ish)
cryptozoology (that means study of unidentified creatures, NOT crypto coin)
my record collection (especially my bad musicals)
cooking from scratch (usually improvised recipes)
writing (I don’t do it enough)
hiking (in the places tourists don’t know)
equality for ALL under the law (this shouldn’t be controversial)

ROOMMATE REQUIREMENTS:
Pay rent on time, communicate openly, share the housework, recycle, and ask before borrowing things.

You must be vaccinated against COVID.
You must be an LGBTQI+ ally.
If you smoke, you must keep it outside the common areas. If you absolutely must smoke in your room, keep the windows open.
