4 Rooms Available in Fun, Social Home!

Howdy!

We’re looking for new housemates to fill 4 rooms that will be available as of July 1st. The house is less than 10 minutes away from Caltech and JPL by car. It’s also a 5-minute walk from Vallarta and Smart & Final, and a 10-minute walk from Old Town. Here are some more details about the house:
- The one-year lease is from 07/01/2025 to 06/30/2026.
- Rent includes utilities, gardening, and biweekly housekeeping of all common areas.
- The house has central heating and A/C, a dishwasher and paid washer/dryer, as well as furniture like couches and beds.
- The common spaces are a well-stocked kitchen, dining room, and living room (with beanbags, wrestling mats, and a home theater system).
If two or more people with cars are interested, overnight parking may cost $3 per night.

There are currently two of us signed up for next year—24F and 26M. We’re research software engineers in cosmology and climate labs. Some of our hobbies include hiking, music, reading, bouldering, dancing, and playing with our cats, Simon and Theodore! (Because there are two cats in the house, we’re searching for people who aren’t allergic and don’t have dogs or small pets.) We’re looking forward to having a fun, social house environment, inviting friends over for dinner, games, parties, and movie nights. If you think you might be a good fit, send me a message!
