I am looking to rent two rooms in my 3-br/1bath house in Pasadena starting March 1st.

The rooms are small, and renting both could be perfect for one person who works from home or needs an art studio.

Shared spaces include a kitchen open to the living room, a two-car garage for parking or music/art-making, and a bathroom
Outside is a grill and a table under a canopy that comfortably seats four. 
The fenced-in yard features lounge chairs, a hammock, and fruit trees. 
There is also plenty of room to install raised garden beds if you are so inclined.
Other details:
Rooms will be unfurnished
Washer/Dryer in the garage
Air conditioning/heating: each room has its own air-conditioning unit
Rent is $1,200 per room or $2,000 for one person who wants both rooms.
Utilities, internet, and gardeners’ fees are included

My landlord requires that all tenants will need to pass a backgound and credit check.

About me: I am a queer college professor in my mid-40s looking to share my space with like-minded folks. I have a small friendly dog who lives with me part-time.
