Beautiful 3rd floor apartment in peaceful, condo building surrounded by nature. Incredible location just 2 short blocks from shopping and restaurants on Lake St! Beautiful courtyard with a koi pond, plus the apartment has a view of the mountains in the other directions. Corner unit with lots of light and only one shared wall. The shared spaces are fully furnished. There is shared laundry on-site (just down the walkway) and the unit has central heat and air!

Rent includes 1 parking spot in gated, covered garage, wifi, water bill, and renter’s insurance. Electricity is not included. Your half will usually come to around $50 per month.

The bedroom is ~120 sqft plus a wall to wall sliding door closet of ~15 sqft. The private bathroom has lots of counter space and storage space, and a full tub with a shower 🛀 The room comes with a queen sized bed frame and mattress. I will also throw in a 42 inch TV AND Roku just for your room!

About me: I am 26F, love animals, thrifting, plants, tennis, and cute nails. I run cold so I like to keep the apartment at least 70 F at all times ☀️ I have a boyfriend who usually stays over 1-2x a week who is very respectful and friendly. I work 9-6 M-F, generally in the office Mon & Tues and WFH the rest of the week.

I request that you do not host house parties or bring strangers in the house (bringing one or two friends over or dates you have met before is fine). I take care of most of the logistical and financial things in terms of paying both of our rent to the landlord, paying for the renters insurance, paying the electric bills, and communication with the landlord (which is rare). He is super chill, lives a couple hours away, does not bother us, and is great at resolving any issues quickly and fairly if necessary.
