One-bedroom apt for short-term rent in Pasadena

I am trying to travel abroad for the first half of 2025! To do this, I am ideally seeking a responsible individual looking to rent my one-bedroom, one bathroom apartment for at least 3-6 months, with the ability to hold the lease for additional months after that.

The apartment is located in an amazing location in Pasadena, with walking distance to dozens of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and parks. The apartment is also a 5-minute walk from two higher education school campuses, CalTech and Pasadena City College.

Renter will pay the rent I am required to pay at $1899 per month, not including electricity and internet.

This apartment includes the following:
- furnishings (I am open to keeping the apt fully furnished, partially furnished or vacant, depending on the renter's preferences)
- access to building swimming pool
- access to covered parking spot
- full kitchen with new stove top
- full bathroom
