Room for rent in Pasadena, close to Rose Bowl

Looking for a responsible, quiet, pet friendly roommate with steady income. There are two dogs in the house as well as a cat who is strictly indoors. Sorry, no more pets. There is currently two females and a male in the house. We all work in veterinary medicine so having someone who is pet savvy is key and can be responsible for the pets if you are home alone with them. You will be sharing a bathroom with the two females. The house is old so no parties. Having friends over is fine but no loud music or loud activities. Parking is in the driveway or garage. You are on your own for groceries with the exception of chipping in for household supplies. Cleaning is weekly where we split up the household chores. Gas, internet, and utilities vary. Internet and gas is every month, roughly around $45 on average but can be more if we have the heat on frequently. Utilities is every other month and ranges around $100-250. If the AC is used frequently in the summer months except a high utilities bill. Rent is $750 a month with the lease being month to month with $750 as a security deposit. You will get your security deposit back as long as there is no damage to your room or the house. You must give a 30 day notice prior to moving out. Move in ready.
