The apartment is located in Palms close to the intersection of Overland and Venice. It’s a cute 1000sf 2Bed/2Bath with hardwood floors, an updated kitchen, in-unit laundry, and tandem parking. Other building amenities include a pool, jacuzzi, and workout room. The available bedroom is unfurnished with lots of storage; otherwise, the apartment is completely furnished.

I’m a 30-yo professional with two 3-yo kitties, and looking for someone around my age who is clean, respectful, friendly, and preferably female.
