Your rent would be $1045 plus ~$120 utilities ($1045 deposit). It does come with a parking spot in a garage so no worrying about parking. The apartment is located in Culver City (West LA), it’s right by the 405 free way 5 minutes, 15 minutes away from the beaches, there are groceries stores in every direction no more than 5 minutes. There is a shared laundry room in the apartment complex. The room and bathroom will be cleared out before you move in so you could bring in your own furniture.
