1 bedroom/bath in 2 bed/2 bath Culver apartment

I have a room and private bathroom available in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. It is located in the Culver/Palms area - a short walk to downtown Culver City and its many restaurants and coffee shops. The metro, 10 and 405 freeway are nearby.

The room is $1,350 per month and includes a private parking spot in a gated garage, pool & hot tub access, an elevator, AC, and management on site. Internet ($50/month) and water and power (~40/month) are not included and split evenly. The common areas are fully furnished but the bedroom will be unfurnished.

You must complete an application with the management company to be added to the lease, which is month to month. There is an $1,100 deposit. The lease would start September 1st with the option to move in on or after August 17th for a prorated price.

About me:
I am a 31 year-old female and am looking to rent the second bedroom as my current roommate is moving out of state. I live with my dog Tucker (8 years old and about 50 lbs), who is very friendly and loves everyone. I work from home and have a desk set up in a corner of the living room. During my free time I enjoy walking downtown for coffee or dinner, hiking, concerts, and wine nights with friends.
