Month to month private room for rent FOR SINGLE OCCUPANT in a 2-story, 4 bed/2.5 bath House in Glendale, AVAILABLE NOVEMBER 1st. It's right off Colorado and S. Columbus ave (2 blocks from The Glendale Galleria and The Americana), in the heart of Glendale with several great shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. Trader Joe's, Ralphs, Whole Foods, CVS, and several gyms/fitness studios located within a mile. Getting around LA is incredibly easy as it is also right off I-5 and 134. I've truly loved living in this neighborhood the past 8 years as you have the space to breathe outside the city, with just as many great activities and no hassle to drive down to the beach/west LA, mid-city, east side, DTLA etc!

The available bedroom is fully furnitured, Upstairs, You pretty much have your own Bathroom. Washer and dryer , beautiful tree-lined street, WiFi. STREET PARKING.

About your roommate: I am originally fromBrazil, working full time in TV/film. I don’t have a set schedule and travel a lot for work. I’m very clean and considerate ( I expect the same), I stay active, and am always juggling a few creative projects. Outside of work and during normal times, you can find me in the garage tinkering with something or not at all at home. I keep myself very busy. The other Roomate is a professional electronic Engineer with a full-time job. He leaves 6:30Am and returns @ 4:30PM daily. We go weeks without seeing each other. So I am looking for one more roomate and the other room stays empty for a guest or something like that.

I'm looking for a roommate who can be extremely clean, responsible, attentive, and keeps the partying out of the home. I will be prioritizing roommates with full time job and not working from home full time. Must have a stable job, background check something that I will run a check. Sorry now days we need to protect ourselves , this is a no pets house, no smoking and no drugs. Your share of the rent is $1,250 + Gas/Electricity/Internet/Housekeeping (avg $115).  Security deposit required but not needed upfront.
