Hello! We're looking for a new roommate to fill our 1,988 sq. ft. 4 bed/3 bath rental home in a peaceful Torrance neighborhood.
The room for rent is 10'x12.5' , carpeted, with a sliding closet located on the 2nd floor with a view of the neighborhood and a shared bathroom. The room is unfurnished.
Must be okay living around an energetic, medium-sized dog, who is kept mostly in the primary bedroom and backyard. Meet and greet with the dog is preferred. We want to make sure you are comfortable with having a dog around.
The common areas (living room and kitchen) are partially furnished and decorated. We're open to having some of your furniture in the home as well. The living room has vaulted ceilings and a small balcony. The kitchen features an island with granite countertops, and newer appliances (range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge) with a sliding glass door out to the large backyard with a covered patio, great for BBQs or relaxing.
The two car garage has a washer and dryer and also includes extra storage for sports equipment, camping gear, etc.
The area is quiet with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front.
About this location: - 5 min. walk from a business center (Ralphs, restaurants, banks). A 5 min drive from Sidecar, Mendocino Farms, Whole Foods, & Trader Joes. - Convenient access to PCH and Crenshaw. 15-20 min. drive from 110 & 405 fwys. - 10 min. drive to Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes or Del Amo Mall.
The vibe in the evenings/weekends is pretty laid back. There are currently 4 of us, ages ranging from 28-37, occupying this rental. We're not big partiers but like to relax, cook, and hang out on the patio. We host the occasional get together with close friends and family and would welcome you to do the same with the proper heads up.

Current rental agreement with Jamison Property management is Month to month. We have been renting month-month for the last 5 years for reference. Utilities are shared, electric, water, gas and wifi on top of the listed rental amount. Applicants will need to pass a background check with Jamison Property Management.
