Semi-retired educator seeks long term roommate to rent private bedroom and bathroom suite in his ocean facing apartment. Steps from luxury $750 per night hotels- Shutters and Casa Del Mar.
Secure underground parking with an elevator from the garage to the apartment level. A real plus at the beach. Electric charging station parking spot in bldg is available if needed.

$3,500/mo plus $100 for internet & utilities and $100 underground parking.

Watch the waves hit the sand from the balcony, living room, dining room and kitchen.
Walk out the front door across the street to the beach.

The ”owner” typically only uses the space about 20-30 days a year. (85%-90%) of the year he is away- since he mostly resides in his other homes outside the US. Once in a while he visits LA for a few days or a week and uses the apartment as his hub and office. Essentially, the roommate will have a $6,000 month apartment to themself about 90% of the time.

Living room is furnished with fine art, but your suite can be available furnished or unfurnished.

Kitchen includes modern electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Cooking -essentials pots, pans, dishes, glasses silverware etc are provided
