We are the type of ladies who wake up early to work out most mornings, promptly clean up after ourselves, make our beds every day, and like to have fun (we love cooking and wine nights at home too). We are and 33 and 35 and work in tech.

- $1,710/month + security deposit of $1,710
- Total utilities + cable/internet averages $100/month (more or less depending on season)
