Huge Master Bedroom 8-mi Walk to the Beach!

Looking for a roommate (female preferred) to live with us in a 3 bed and 1.5-bathroom apartment in Santa Monica. You would get the 227 square foot private master bedroom with its own private, half bathroom. Room will be unfurnished. This room is huge and around the same size as a small studio! There is a full-sized kitchen and living room; they are both furnished as shown.

The apartment is in an amazing location. Only an 8-minute walk from the beach and close to Downtown Santa Monica and Main St; lots of restaurants/stores around the area. ~12-minute walk to Expo Line metro stop. 93 Walk Score. We are looking for a roommate (female preferred) within our age group (20s to 30s) who is fully employed and has good credit. It is nice to have roommates that double as friends, but we can also be professional if you prefer. Two of us work mostly from home and one works at the office (1 male, 2 females). We are happy to have a video call to show you the apartment!

Details:

Rent: $1,475/month. Security deposit: $1,000. $2,395 total due for move-in. We would be open to a couple/pair sharing the room for an extra $150, so $1,625/month.

Lease terms: Month-to-month lease. However, we would prefer someone who plans to stay a while, at least 6 months. We are open to short-term rentals.

Move-in date: ASAP. We would prefer no later than 11/01/22.

Utilities: water and trash included. Electricity, gas, and internet would be separate. Usually around ~$60-$75/month per person.

Parking: Parking spot available for an additional $100/month (single, not tandem!). Parking lot is gated. There is also lots of street parking available, and parking permits are around $35 for the entire year.

Other: Laundry room on-site. Gated apartment complex. No AC; we rarely need it here, so we use fans those few weeks of heat.

Must be okay with cats! No other pets allowed as we have a cat living with us already.
