Private Room for Rent

Private bedroom with large windows, with private bathroom and a closet on the second floor. Great room, dining room, kitchen, half guest bathroom, and a gym room are on the first floor. The rest bedrooms, bathrooms, a second living room, and a laundry room are on the second floor where I live. We have a big yard with a swimming pool, a jaccuzi, and a BBQ. Central air. Parking is street parking which there're plenty in our community. This 5000 square feet house has high ceilings, is newly built in 2022 located in a safe gated community in Porter Ranch. Very close to Walmart, Ralph’s, Whole Foods, a lot of restaurants, Kaiser, UCLA, Facey Medical Group, AMC.

I live by myself and my dog, Bobby. Bobby is a mild 12-year-old Alaskan Malamute. No drugs, no smoking onsite, no party after 9pm, no overnight guest, no pets. Light cooking preferred. All utilities are included in the rent. The room is available now , 6 month minimum preferred. 1 month rent deposit required. Credit will be checked upon application.
