Chill little house in the Village

The room has a Murphy bed with a very good mattress. Window a/c and heat. laundry on site just needs to be in the day only, as it can keep us up at night. Also has a secretary desk built into the wall. And mini fridge. Bring your clothes and a good demeanor. Small house with everything you need however we can gladly make room for you. also comes with a small shed and a hot tub with a nice backyard. Grill and smoker to eat alfresco. It’s only a one bathroom but me and my husband don’t spend very long in there hopefully you are the same. We have a small dog and a large dog so you must like pets but we can always put them away in the yard or on hot days in our room.

I haven’t even gotten to the neighborhood. It is one of the best places to live. Amazing restaurants, bars, dispensaries, and shopping. Less than a mile from Costco, Vons, and CVS.. You will love Atwater Village. The Farmers Market can get a little congested on Sundays but it is a block away so as to be expected. Chill vibes we love music and hopefully you do too and play yours on our Sonos. If you want to live in a Neighborhood where you don’t need to leave because it truly has everything.
