The current rate includes all major furniture (desk, desk chair, chair in the nook, bed, mini-refrigerator, drawer chest, closet wardrobe, large carpet rug). We ask the renter to supply their own soft bedding for sanitary purposes as well as lighting, nightstand, and TV. The bathroom will be shared with 3 other professionals.
