The apartment is the top floor of the building (4th floor). There is a private bedroom and private bathroom across the hall. All utilities are paid for by your future roommate, Issie, to make up for her living in the master bedroom. However, the smaller bedroom is still spacious with natural light and a beautiful view of the sunset! There is no carpet. There is a pool on the 2nd floor, washer and dryer just one door over, and garbage and recycling in the garage. There are also two assigned parking spaces in the garage. Issie is a wonderful roommate who works as an associate scientist in Monrovia. She has 2 adorable cats, Sal and Pimi. Most of the living room will already be furnished with her furniture, as I will be taking only a few pieces with me in my move. However, the bedroom will be completely unfurnished.
