Roommate needed for a beautiful, brand new apartment in Eagle Rock, walking distance from Sprout’s, Walt’s, Senor Fish, and more.
The room is small, but can fit a queen bed, a bedside table, a desk, and a dresser (and more if you’re creative), plus closet space. The common area of the apartment is spacious and mostly furnished. If you have furniture or wall art we can find room for it.
Outdoor space (including a grill) is free to use, and we can have guests over as much as we want. The apartment is a backhouse bungalow and the landlords, who live on property, are extremely nice and responsive.
Gas included in rent. Street parking is plentiful. Storage unit in the back. W/D in unit.
Dogs are welcome, with no fee! No cats because I’m allergic.
Security deposit is one month’s rent.
About me: 32m, work as an editor. Outside of work I have an active life; playing tennis, traveling, spending time with friends. At home I’m friendly but I prefer to keep to myself. I like to cook, read, garden, and listen to records.
