Looking 👀 for a furnished room in SGV area?

Hello room seekers.
The furnished bedroom is 10 x 10 with a closet and a Jack & Jill bathroom (shared).
The bedroom has a twin bed with brand new sheets and two pillows, corner desk with chair, side table, utility cart with extra bed sheets and fleece blanket, bookshelf, television, window ac, stackable dresser.
The living room is furnished, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve food. There is a washer/dryer combo in the home, but if you need to wash much more than a load, there is a laundromat half a mile from the house. Public Transportation is less than 20 minute walk.
I am looking to find someone that likes to come home from work or errands so they can rest/relax, keeps the common areas clean, enjoys other people’s company, sociable, and isn’t afraid or allergic to dogs. Must love dogs. This home cannot have anymore dogs. No cats, I am highly allergic to them.
Will not tolerate alcohol, illegal drugs, parties, or partner sleepovers.
My neighborhood is pretty quiet and close to many Asian restaurants and markets. It is only a 20 minute drive to DTLA during rush hour, if you get the Metro Express Pass.
