Room for rent in quiet neighborhood in N. La Verne

Hey there! Basically, this is a large 5 bedroom house with a couple of rooms that could use a good, kind, person to rent one. The house is in North La Verne near the golf course.
The room has a day bed and dresser as it is. If you have your own furniture, I can clear that out easy. There's a smart TV as well for streaming. Obvi you'd have to have your own accounts... or bring your own TV.. no worries. This room is upstairs and currently someone is only living downstairs. To be transparent there are 2 bedrooms for rent, so you may have to share a bathroom. Because of this, I'm hoping to find 2 female students as renters. There are a few more details to give but can easily give more info once contacted.
Kitchen is available as well as shared living room. Washer and dryer as well. My last roommate never left her room lol So I know everyone is different. I will have photos added as soon as possible.
