Looking for a chill and clean roommate (single occupancy) in the North Hollywood Arts District area. Available November 1st, One-year lease preferred

- Complex is pretty quiet
- Two-story complex, and our unit is on the second floor with no upstairs neighbor
- Open bedroom is on the second level of the unit
- Rent is $1,575 (not including shared utilities)
- Potential rent increase in Dec. of 2025. Last rent increase was 75$ in Dec. 2024
- Average utilities are $200-ish split evenly (usually a bit higher in the summer for AC)

- Available unfurnished bedroom is 12’ x 14’ , closet space is 2.5’ x 12’ , and sink area is 5’ x 4’ not including bathroom space.
- Courtyard facing windows, the courtyard has a grill and couches for lounging

Pictures of the apartment include the actual unit I’m in right now (with the red couch) and an empty bedroom unit very very similar to the one we have to give you an idea of the empty space and amenities. Also going to get rid of the dead plant in the living room lol.

About Me:
- I’m 25 years old with a hybrid job. I’m an accountant during the day and a music producer at night. I use headphones, so don’t worry about music blasting throughout the apartment. I value cleanliness when it comes to common areas, shared spaces, and an overall equal share of responsibilities. I try to go to the gym regularly, love movies, music, and creative vibes.

About You:
- I’m looking for someone with similar interests and lifestyle. Friendly, CLEAN, and sociable. I’m hoping we could be friends more so than roommates as we share the same space.

Upon application, you would have to fill out the formal legal stuff with the complex, but the landlord is usually quick about the process.
