Room and en suite bathroom in North Hollywood

Your room

We are looking for someone to take over a spot in our month-to-month lease starting 1st of February. One furnished bedroom with en suite bathroom is available in our 4 bedroom townhouse in North Hollywood. Can start out as a sublet if needed.

No carpet. Shared kitchen, living room, balcony + laundry and dryer. Street parking.

There is an LA Fitness gym close-by (5min). Trader Joe’s, Smart + Final are also a 5 minute drive away. The Burbank Empire Center is a 15 minute drive away with Walmart, Target, Ulta, BestBuy etc.

We have one small dog and as much as we would love to have more, we cannot have another pet at this time.
The last person who stayed in this room found their soulmate so the luck might spill over to the next person 💕

We are:
3 gals: Lindi, Madelin and Ryan.

I’m Lindi. I’m in the film industry so I’m often recording self-tapes, sewing, building something etc. I love doing crafts or throwing the occasional party.

Madelin is an astrologer/reader/artist who loves to keep a clean house, loves to sage it and occasionally ring a gong. She works from home and gets on well with people who like spa vibes.

Ryan is a fashionable visuals manager and usually punctuates the mornings and evenings with her presence but other than that, she’s usually at work!

Our dog Babalu is a shih tzu who loves people, loves to cuddle, eat and take naps
