Hello, I am looking for a roommate for my 2 bed 2 bath apartment in NoHo. About $1,300/mo all-in with rent, wifi and utilities. $1,225 security deposit. Move-in ASAP.

Our unit is on the second floor (no elevator present). It has two stories—first story includes bedroom / bath, kitchen, living room and balcony. Second story includes bedroom / bath, two large shared closets / storage, and a spacious outdoor rooftop deck. Overall the unit gets a lot of natural light and is very private and comfy. There is tandem parking located in the garage of the complex, so no need for street parking. Laundry is on the first floor of the building for convenience. Major cross streets are Lankershim / Morrison. Lots of gyms, banks, restaurants, nightlife, bars, essential places, etc—many within easy walking distance. The catch is there are no pets allowed and no smoking of any kind. The apartment is ready for move-in ASAP.
