Looking for a chill and clean roommate (single occupancy) in the North Hollywood Arts District area. Available September 1st, One year lease

- Complex is relatively quiet but there are pets and you rarely hear them
- Two-story complex and the unit is on the second floor with no upstairs neighbor
- Open bedroom is on the second level of the unit
- Rent is $1,500 (not including shared utilities)
- Average utilities are $200-ish split evenly (usually a bit higher in the summer for AC)
- WIFI

- Available unfurnished bedroom is 12’ x 14’ , closet space is 2.5’ x 12’ , and sink area is 5’ x 4’ not including bathroom space.
- Courtyard facing windows, the courtyard has a grill for apartment complex use and couches for lounging
- Apartment has gas stove and oven
- Laminate flooring (wood)
- A/C and Heat
- In-unit washer / dryer, additional machines downstairs for communal use if needed
- Upstairs roof area / patio for hangout

- Secured parking garage with tandem parking (front and back spaces)

- Walking distance to Amazon Fresh, Ralphs, and several bars and restaurants around the area

- I am also open to splitting groceries that we both use to save money (Ex: Costco)

Pictures of the apartment include the actual unit I’m in right now (with the colorful carpet) and an empty unit very very similar to the one we have to give you an idea of the empty space and amenities. Please excuse some of the mess though as that was during the move-in process. Also getting rid of the dead plant in the living room lol.

About Me:
- I’m 24 years old and work from home so I’ll be around most of the time. I’m an accountant during the day and at night a music producer. I use headphones though so don’t worry about music blasting throughout the apartment. I value cleanliness regarding common areas, shared spaces, and an overall equal share of responsibilities. I try to go to the gym regularly, love movies, music, and creative vibes.

About You:
- I’m looking for someone with similar interests and lifestyle and preferably someone in the creative field but that’s not a requirement. Friendly, CLEAN, and sociable. I’m hoping we could be friends more so than roommates as we share the same space.

Upon application, you would have to fill out the formal legal stuff with the complex but the landlord said the process takes about a day or two.
