About the place: Built recently, it’s newer and well maintained. Rent controlled property, so if you want to stay in one place without having to move, this is as good a spot as any! You’ll have to do normal application things and then sign onto the lease.
Your bedroom has a mirrored sliding closet with built-in shelves. Your private bathroom is just across the hall from your bedroom. The full-size washer and dryer are stacked in a closet nearby. Your bathroom has a modern stand-up shower. It also has a lot of extra cabinets along one wall for linen, etc. All the rooms have really useful adjustable lighting controls.
