Noho Arts Sublet

My partner and I (M 28 and F 26) are seeking someone
to sublet our semi furnished room for six months
beginning in February with a possibility of extension.

We are working professionals that value our social lives
and enjoy travel, spending time with friends and family.
Heavily involved with our burner community/camp and
spent our late August in the dust. We have a cat, Una,
who thinks she owns the place but is very respectful and
will become your best friend within minutes. Currently we
are not looking to add another pet to the house.
The house has a washer, dryer, private parking, beautiful
backyard and storage space. It is located in North
Hollywood, walking distance to the art district and Metro
Redline station. It is a three-bedroom house with shared
office space adjacent to our room.
