Available starting February 8th
Room: medium sized with good-sized closet, wood floors, ceiling fan, furnished with double/full bed and blackout curtains (and chest of drawers, side table and lamp, if need be). Shared bathroom.
House: North Hollywood-quiet street in a safe neighborhood, but still near major streets Oxnard and Vineland, 1.5 miles away from Noho West and close to City of Burbank.
Other: washer/dryer, off-street parking, use of kitchen and other common areas, nice back porch, central A/C and central heat, cleaning crew once a month, and I clean kitchen, bathroom and other common areas once a week.
Me: 54, female, high school Social Science teacher. Have 1 senior cat (15) and 2 younger cats who are 2 years old. I am very clean, especially when it comes to the cats.
