Room for rent in NoHo

Hi, my roommate and I (M, 23/25) are looking for someone to fill the third bedroom in the condo. It's a really great space and is located in a secure and newer (2005 era) apartment complex in North Hollywood. We like to keep things clean and minimalistic. Utilities are shared among the three of us. Our current roommate is moving out by May 30th--so I'm starting to put the feelers out and hoping to find a great roommate to fill the third room, which has its own adjacent bathroom.

The condo is located in North Hollywood, a block away from the NoHo Arts District, (adjacent to Studio City, Toluca Lake and Burbank.) It's close to schools, shops, restaurants, 170/134 freeways and public transportation (a block away from the North Hollywood metro station). Less than a mile from the Arts District, 1.5 miles to new NOHO West, 3.5 miles to Warner Bros. & Universal, 4 miles to Disney Studios, 5 miles to Griffith Park, 5 miles to Burbank).

Utilities split three ways.
