We live in main house and we have one guest house that is rented. All very friendly people! Separate entrance (no house privileges). Room is furnished and all utilities included (internet too). Small kitchenette with hotplate. Full use of back yard pool and spa. Outside sitting area with bbq and tv. Separate entrance for laundry in garage. Must like dogs. Sorry, no dogs unless you work from home then we may consider it. No cats (sorry, our dogs do not do well with cats). We do check credit and run references. You must have VERIFIABLE rental history and employment history.
