Room for Rent: Looking for Roomate in Pasadena

just a trans girl looking for a roomie in pasadena :p I live a mile north of old town. While the place isn’t the most luxurious in terms of amenities, the rent is very affordable, utility cost is low, the area is decent and quiet, the neighbors are never a bother, and i’m kinda a cool roommate, but only if you’re ok with who i am :p

anyway. This is a two bed one bath apartment with a single parking spot. Permits needed for two cars, but we’d take care of that together! No pets unless ESA registered. There’s a pool and laundry facilities (coin based) on site!

We’re near the 134 and 210 freeways, but not so close you can hear them all the time! it’s nice. We’re also very close to Pasadena Community College, if that’s relevant to you.

I like this spot a lot, and would like to keep it, if I can! The rent is right, the neighbors aren’t a bother, and the location is convenient for access to the greater Los Angeles area. I’m a pretty reasonable person, and as long as we communicate on all relevant matters, I’m easy to live with. :) I’m open to a lot, so if you have specific questions or considerations, bring em on!!
