The second bedroom in my apartment is opening up come September! The apartment is a 2B2BR with central air and garage parking, located on a beautiful and quiet street with tons of foliage! We are walking distance to the Sunset strip and the heart of WeHo. This is an LGBTQ+ and pet-friendly apartment.
The rent is $1600 - water and trash are included, and we pay electric and WiFi. Laundry is coin operated in an onsite facility. Much of the common area is already furnished, but I am hoping that whoever lives here feels comfortable adding their own flare as well.
I work remotely from an office nearby and am frequently socializing (but seldom hosting), traveling, or working out, so I am frequently out of the house. I'm mostly looking for someone kind, clean, and comfortable with a bit of music every now and then (I'm working on a record in my spare time).
