Peaceful mountain retreat in Northeast LA

Private room and bathroom available in a large two-story home in peaceful Mt. Washington. Large open kitchen with island. Dining room with full glass pocket doors to the balcony with an awesome view of the San Bernardino mountains. Open concept, flows into the living room. The bedrooms are downstairs as well as an enclosed outdoor area with built-in benches and a movie projector. The room available comfortably fits a queen bed, has a full wall closet (mirrored door), and the bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub. Hardwood floors throughout, washer dryer in unit.

Room is currently unfurnished but can be furnished with a queen bed/mattress, dresser, nightstand, and TV. Utilities run between 175-200 per month per person - happy to do a flat 150 to make it easier (house v. apartment utilities are always more). Lease term is negotiable but minimum is two months.

Me: Female, 30s, work from home and a student, play tennis, watch TV, like experimenting in the kitchen, bad singing and dancing, cheese aficionado. I board and foster dogs sometimes, so renter must be cool with canines and any pets must be non-reactive. Looking for someone who appreciates the amazing tree-filled neighborhood and spacious, cool house!
