Professional Couple Seeks Roommate

We are a working couple living in Inglewood, looking for a roommate for a 6-month lease. After that it would move to a month to month agreement.

The room is unfurnished, with private entrance through the yard. All art and items in the attached pictures will be removed when you move in. Plenty of street parking, in a residential neighborhood between the 405 and the 110, with full backyard access, and potential storage option in garage.

The room features a walk in closet, hardwood floors, and large windows. The house features a full kitchen, spacious living room, as well as a patio area out front. There is also a laundry room on site, which you will of course have access to as well.

We do have pets (2 cats/2 small dogs), who are all very friendly. They will be our responsibility, but they do live in the house.

We are looking for an employed, respectful, quiet roommate who is pet friendly and responsible. We’re both out most days, and generally keep things pretty low key when we’re home. If this sounds like a fit for you, please get in touch.
