Private Bed and 1/2 Bath - Atlantic Times Square

Sizable private room and private bath (but shared shower) in 3-bedroom apartment in the beautiful Atlantic Times Square.
Very nice, fully furnished common areas and a balcony, in-unit washer and dryer (shared with other roommates), AMC theater right downstairs, 24-hour Fitness half a block away, Ralphs with electric vehicle charging stations about 1-block away (easily within walking distance), Daiso downstairs, lots of restaurant and dining options in the Atlantic Times Square and nearby, super convenient location that's just a couple of blocks away from the 10-freeway.

Current Tenants: Two other friendly, quiet, courteous male tenants. Other tenants each have their own private rooms and both are quiet, easy-going, and mostly keep to themselves in their own room. You have your own private bathroom but share a shower with one (1) of the other tenants.

Male tenants preferred (as other two (2) occupants are male, but female tenants will be considered)

Please read the following carefully:

Deposit: 1-month rent ($1300)
Rent: $1300/month (lease is month-to-month, can move out with 1-month advance notice but must stay at least 2-months from date of move-in)
Parking: Gated parking included (we can reduce the rent if you don't need parking) and lots of guest parking but overnight parking for guests must be approved by ATS security and there is also a $35 fee per night. Lots of available street parking near the complex.
Lease: Month-to-month but prospective tenant must pass a background check with the management office at their own expense (about $70) and be a party to the lease as per their policy.
Utilities: Roommates split gas, electricity, and internet. Water is provided by the unit.
Size: A sizable room, the total square footage of the unit including the three (3) rooms is 1777.
Shared Spaces: Fully equipped kitchen, living room, balcony, and entryway are shared spaces. Prefer tenants who minimally use the shared spaces as it's shared between three (3) parties.
Amenities: Community pool, indoor and outdoor clubhouse, etc.
Pets: Dogs and cats are allowed by management but will have to be approved by current occupants.
Other: Prefer working professionals who have busy lives, are courteous and considerate to the other roommates, make limited use of the common areas, pay rent and utilities on time, etc. Roommate rules can be mutually approved on but typically, quiet hours during the weekdays with extended quiet hours during the weekends, limited use of common areas, overnight guests that stay in your room are ok, occasional guests that use the common areas with tenant during non-quiet areas is ok.
