Large En-suite Bedroom w/ parking in Santa Monica

Hi all, I am looking for a roommate to share my apartment in Santa Monica. The available bedroom is an en-suite with an actual bathtub/shower and measures 195 sq ft with tons of storage space (3 closets!) and natural light. I’ve been in the building for 3 years and I'm pretty sure it’s the best value in Santa Monica. The bedroom comes with a parking space behind the building, and there is plenty of street parking as well. Washer and dryer are on site too.

The neighborhood is quiet and it’s easy to enjoy walking down Arizona street on the way to Trader Joes. You can walk pretty much everywhere of interest. The apartment is just off of Arizona street - the dropped pin is within a couple blocks of the actual location.

You would be sharing the space with just myself (Kyle). I work in aerospace and I’m typically out of the house from 8am-8pm.
I’d love to find a roommate who is sociable, clean, and respectful. The room is available as of now and utilities add about another $50/month (gas, electricity, and internet).
