Hello! I am looking to fill my spot in the master bedroom of a quiet and cozy townhouse (4B/4B) in Mid-City! Ideally, I would love to find someone who would be able to move-in March 1, however I can be flexible for someone who really loves the space. The current lease runs through mid-August and afterwards can be transitioned to month to month. Let me know if you’re interested or have any questions!

Costs:
Rent: $1350/month
Utilities: ~$100/month (we pay for wifi, gas, electric, water, sewer, and trash)
Security Deposit: $1300
Parking (optional): $50 for individual spot, $25 for tandem garage

Private access to small patio
First floor (no other bedrooms located on first floor so most privacy)

4 bed/4bath (partially furnished shared space)

Private porch, access through master bedroom and outdoor gated entry
Small balcony on third floor (shared kitchen and living room)
Assigned parking (1 individual spot, 2 garage tandem)

The Neighborhood:
Right across from Midtown Crossings (Ulta, Lowe’s, Starbucks, Smart and Final, etc) with groceries and pharmacies nearby (Ralph’s, CVS, etc). Planet Fitness is also within a 5 min drive. Great walkable location with lots of restaurants to try!
