Ample workspace throughout the house, large kitchen with granite counter tops, laundry on site, secluded backyard with patio, fire pit, wood deck, multiple gardening beds and a large backhouse available for creative use. 2 parking spots available in car port, shared with roommates + possibility to get a street parking permit for longer stays.
The house & backhouse are shared with 4 other creative females in their 20s.
$1200 rent + $175 utilities.
Utilities include water, power, trash, gas, internet, and a monthly cleaning of all common rooms.
