im taking over the full lease of an 1800sq ft, 2-story townhouse style home; my current original roommate is moving out.
* no current interior photos of his room or living /dining as it is all his furnishings which will be removed completely to a blank space
building is 4 units only, and this is the rear unit, farthest from street, at the back of the driveway.
located mid-wilshire/hancock park border a few blocks from La Brea & Wilshire.
kitchen with large stainless double door fridge and pull out freezer, oven, microwave and airfryer.
laundry room off kitchen with large washer and dryer, storage/shelving.
front and back door, makes it feel more like a home
dining room, living room, and stairs to bedrooms on second floor, with medium size landing/hall. hardwood floors throughout
bedroom has windows with nice added plantation shutters, very quiet corner, no neighbors, windows look out to back patio/parking for 3 cars.
other units have balconies, this unit has private gated garden perfect for enjoying summer days or nights, work or relax, dinner or drinks.
i have created an intimate garden oasis you cannot always have in LA!
there is also a garage (i use for storage, but could fit a normal smaller car, but you would have the off street parking included. street parking is open, so no permit required!
we also have a small attached shed/garden room i use for planting and tools.
to note:
*1 shared bathroom- large and still in art deco style (pink and green tiles). separate shower and tub.
*no central air, but has a ceiling fan in bedroom. you can always add an AC window unit.
*the roommate moving out will also be leaving with all furniture, and i plan to start decorating the place, as i am into interior design.

i am 41, gay male, corporate career professional. i travel for work 2/3 weeks a month- so i am gone quite frequently!! you would have this place to yourself the majority of the time. (im home on the weekends, but also would be out enjoying day with friends).
i like to have fun, but i’m not a partier, no hard drugs or excessive drunk drinking- not looking for a party roommate, looking for someone who is responsible, self sufficient, clean and organized. respects shared spaces and no messes. im into health and fitness, clean eating, plant based/pescatarian.
i love animals and am open to any dogs or puppies! the space is large, as well as the outside. the neighborhood is quiet and friendly.
the perfect ideal roommate would be someone who is emotionally and mentally mature, has a career/steady income , promt with rental/utilities payment.
i would prefer a working adult over 25. open to any timeline of your lease length as well!
