I'm looking for another roommate for this house which is a two-bed and two-bathroom apartment (1,090sqft).
My husband and I use the 1 bed/1 bath, and You are welcome to use the 1 bed/1 bath.

The rooms are so far apart, so you can listen to music or talk on the phone freely. Unless you scream in the other, we can stay pretty quiet.  Because of this, I believe we can protect each other's privacy.

Additionally, your room has a view of the swimming pool. Since the house faces southwest, the room is bright. You will have access to a shared kitchen and living room.
The apartment is right in the marina and is within walking distance from the beach.

We're trustworthy, respectful, and nice people. I prefer an outgoing, considerate, and clean individual.

This apartment has a fantastic waterfront location. I'm confident that you'll have a great time participating in marine leisure sports. Every day, you can swim and go for a walk with a breathtaking view. A clubhouse lounge, 24-hour fitness, multiple swimming pools, tennis coats, a cozy cafe, and even a library are among the many amenities available. These extras are fantastic. It also is a secure building with a secure parking garage.

Also, certainly, a convenient 10-12 minute drive to the airport and really close to neighboring Venice!

Rent $1,800 per month + Utilities(split evenly, around $50)
Rent includes the Internet.
$300 deposit.
