Venice Loft Apartment - Gorgeous

Hey guys, I have been approved for a 2 Bed, 2 Bath, 2 Car Loft apartment in Venice! I’m looking for a roommate. The room will be $1750 + utilities a month and the lease starts on Friday the 14 March (When I move in)
About me, I’m a 28 year old Motion Designer (Animator) who just moved here from Australia to work at a Studio in Venice. I work in the office everyday. I’m social and creative and love having people over for craft nights and movie nights. I travel a lot as well. I love a good rot but also a good yap and I’m great at communicating when I need space and listening when someone else does. I’m a non smoker (Not 420 Friendly soz) and rarely drink. I’m allergic to pets and my allergies vary from pet to pet so it’s not a dealbreaker but something to consider.
My room and office space will be upstairs and the bedroom downstairs is big enough for a bed, desk and more.
Place is currently unfinished but comes with built in laundry. New kitchen appliances (upside down fridge!), fireplace, chandelier, balcony. It’s in a quiet small complex with a coded gate and garage. Gorgeous natural light in the living room and downstairs bedroom.
