3 bed 2.5 bath in Mar Vista! 2 open rooms 2/1/24

Hi,
I’m Alec (29 y/o from Los Angeles)
I have two open rooms starting February 1st at the house I rent in Mar Vista.

Please excuse the messy rooms in the pics! But it gives you a good idea of what you can fit in each room.

Room in driveway to fit 4 cars, paid street parking, but some open street parking spots near as well.

We have a big front and back yard. In the back we have an area to hang out on couches under the shade, an area to work out and equipment to workout and the discount version of a steam room/cold plunge in a shed in the back.

It’s a great street & very safe. Close to Venice, Marina del rey, in n out, Costco, and walking distance from a family run grocery store.

The house is pretty much fully furnished - but we can replace things the big room will be emptied, but the small will have the bed, TV stand & desk if you want them. I have a very friendly kitten that stays indoors for now at least, and a roommate (29 male) that lives in a back unit, who showers in the shared bathroom, uses the half bath for everything else. He’s not in the house much but makes rent affordable so it works out quite nicely.

We also have a large room with private bath that I live in which is the most expensive room. If you need a private bath, message me & we can talk about it.
